My Spiritual Romance is a comic I originally created for Awry Comics in 2021, that I redrew in April 2026 on the occasion of a vinyl listening session I hosted at Eaton with James Acey on My Chemical Romance’s Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. The zine reflects on my adolescent experiences of leaving organised religion and discovering emo music. It was printed by The Memory Machine; HK.
